Students will be assigned a yoga partner for the training that will meet once between scheduled intensive sessions.  This time together will be used to practice teaching, asana, pranayama and hands-on adjustments. In addition, students will be broken up into small groups that will meet with Stephanie or Derek for additional mentoring, practice teaching and to discuss any areas where the students feel they need assistance. Students will have access to and expect to participate in the Sacred StrengthTM Earthrise YogaTM online forum outlining assigned readings, blog pages available for interactive chats, as well as information on sequencing, other ideas, journaling and questions.

Other requirements

  • Personal Daily Journal for thoughts, inspirations, responses and ideas
